Mohaisen Mubarak Jam'an Al Dosari (Arabic: محيسن الجمعان) (born 6 April 1966) is a former Saudi football (soccer) player. He represented the Saudi national team during the period 1984-1994. He played as a striker.

Early career

Al-Jam'an joined the Saudi League club Al Nassr FC at an early age and remained with that team all his playing career. He immediately showed the skills of a promising striker. His quick improvement while playing for the under-16 squad convinced the team officials to promote him to the under-20 and then quickly to the first team. In one period, he played for all three. His breakthrough came in 1984 when he was selected to the national team trying to qualify for the 1984 Summer Olympics. At only 17 years old he was the youngest Saudi at the time to play an international match. In the tournament he scored 5 goals in 4 matches, all played in Singapore. Combined with teammate Majed Abdullah they lead the team to the top spot and qualified for the Olympics.

With the national team

Al-Jam'an competed in the 1984 Summer Olympics. In December 1984, the national team was playing in the Asian Nations Cup held in Singapore. Al-Jam'an was a starter in all of the matches and played a major role in his country's winning the cup. He scored a goal against Kuwait that took his team to the semi-final. Two years later the Saudis failed to qualify for the 1986 FIFA World Cup, but made up for it by winning the Asian cup for a second consecutive time in 1988. This time, Al-Jam'an was the experienced player used by coach Carlos Alberto Parreira as a starter or a replacement from game to game.

After 1984 he played for the Saudi first team, the Saudi Under-20 team, Al Nasr first and Under-20 teams, all at the same time. After 1998 he was out of the national team most of the time. He rejoined them during the qualifying rounds of the 1994 World Cup (in which the Saudis qualified) but that was his last appearance with the Saudi national squad and he did not play in any World Cup matches.

With Al Nasr

With Al Nasr Al-Jam'an would win the league title three times (1989, 1994, 1995) the King's cup three times (1986, 1987, 1990), Gulf champions league twice (1996, 1997), Saudi Arabia Football Federation cup (1998), Asian Cup Winners Cup (1998) and Asia's Super cup (1999). In 2000 winning Asia's super cup entitled Al Nasr to play in the inaugural 2000 FIFA Club World Championship held in Brazil. Mohaisen played in all three matches, against Real Madrid of Spain (lost 1-3), Corinthians of Brazil (lost 0-2) and Raja of Morocco (won 4-3). Mohaisen retired from play soon after that tournament and, as of 2007, is working as Al-Nasr's team administrative manager.
