The school runs from third grade to the tenth grade. It was the first high school established in Naogaon (Though Raja Haranath High School was established in 1864, it was then a primary school and later in 1900 it was upgraded to a high school.) In 1970,The school became to a government high school. In March 2022,The name of the school changed to Naogaon Krishadhan Government High School because of the order of the Government.
