Nice As Fuck is an all-female indie rock trio made up of Jenny Lewis (from Rilo Kiley), Erika Forster (from Au Revoir Simone), and Tennessee Thomas (from The Like). The band first performed at a rally for US presidential candidate Bernie Sanders in April 2016[1] and went on to make their television debut in July 2016 on a live episode of The Late Show with Stephen Colbert during the 2016 Republican National Convention.[2]

The band's self-named first LP was released on June 24, 2016.[3] Its nine songs include "its own theme song and an arsenal of chill breakup tunes" as well as a final track that makes "an unadorned plea for radical sanity".[4]
