The Baccalaureate in Sacred Theology (Latin: Sacrae Theologiae Baccalaureus; abbreviated STB) is a graduate-level academic degree in theology.

The Baccalaureate in Sacred Theology is conferred by a number of Pontifical faculties under the authority of the Holy See. Despite its name, it is a graduate level degree, equivalent to a first professional degree in the United States. A reading level of Latin or Greek is typically required, as is the completion of the first cycle, a three-year course of studies that aims for a comprehensive competence in theology.[1]

The STB is the first of three ecclesiastical degrees in theology (the second and third are the Licentiate of Sacred Theology and the Doctor of Sacred Theology.[2]
