destra Corporation Limited is an independent Australian owned media and entertainment company based in Richmond, Victoria.[1]

destra's interests span film, internet, music, theatre and retail, including Magna Pacific, JB Hi-Fi.

The company's shareholders include Prime Media and Lachlan Murdoch.[1] On 13 November, 2008, Destra Corporation was placed into voluntary administration.[2]
