The International Centre for Theoretical Sciences (ICTS) is a research institution in Bangalore, India. As a constituent of Tata Institute of Fundamental Research, Mumbai, ICTS was established in 2007.[1][2] ICTS has it's campus at Shivakote, Hesaraghatta.[3]
History
ICTS was approved by the TIFR Council in August 2007.[4] In 2009, CNR Rao laid the foundation stone for ICTS. By 2009, ICTS had 21 programs involving 1119 scientists including 403 international scholars. [3]

Outreach
- Kaapi with Kuriosity; A monthly public lecture series started in 2016. [11][12]
- Vishveshwara Lectures: A public lecture series established in the memory of C. V. Vishveshwara.[13][14]
ICTS is also involved in Research education advancement program (REAP) at Jawaharlal Nehru Planetarium, Bangalore.[15]
