Jeffrey Lichtman is a New York-based criminal defense lawyer who represented John Gotti Jr. and managed to secure a dismissal of three charges of murder conspiracy, an acquittal on a $25 million securities fraud charge and a hung jury on every remaining count brought against him.[1]

Lichtman grew up in Clark, New Jersey.[2] He graduated from Duke University School of Law in 1990 and opened his own law firm in 1999.[2]

Lichtman's law office is based out of an office on Lexington Avenue in New York City. In addition to John Gotti, Jr., some of his clients include rappers The Game and Fat Joe.[3][4]

From 2011 to 2013, Lichtman hosted a radio talk show on AM 970 The Answer during the Drive time.[5][non-primary source needed]
