Jiaozhou Bay is on the southern side of the Shandong Peninsula in China. Its administrative center is the city of Qingdao.

The Bay was ruled by Germany from 1897 until 1914, when it was siezed by Japan. It was returned to China in 1922.

Jiaozhou used to be romanized as Kiaochow in English and Kiautschou in German.
