In just five years in the pageant world, Garcia has made her mark in the world of pageantry. Her first pageant was Miss Florida USA 2007, where she placed Top 15. That same year, she went onto win the title Miss Cuban American which took her to Germany, where she captured the International title, Queen of the World 2007. With that title, she then traveled extensively throughout the world where she gained both pageant and life experiences. Years later, she returned to the Florida pageant stage where she captured the title of Miss Florida USA 2011 and then competed in the 2011 Miss USA pageant where she placed in the Top 16 and captured the world’s attention with her style, sophistication, and her energy and passion for the runway.

Garcia has worked in South Florida’s top news station, WPLG Local 10, where she was an On-Air Reporter as well as an Associate Producer, producing, editing, and delivering the news for South Florida. Born and raised in the city of Miami, Lissette devotes countless hours to her philanthropic work. Her passion driven from her late grandmother who battled ovarian cancer. Garcia volunteers her time with the American Cancer Society, raising awareness and advocating for the Society to make a world with more birthdays.

Garcia has a niche for bringing out the best in everyone around her and loves working with PR clients to help them thrive and achieve greatness, through positive encouragement and self esteem. Lissette credits much of her pageant success to her time as a PR Pageant Coaches client and knows firsthand the benefit and support that having an entire team of coaches supporting you can do. Garcia looks to do the same for the PR clients that she works with and her proven track record of success speaks volumes for what she can provide.

Garcia also competed in the [[Reina Hispanoamericana 2007]] pageant in [[Santa Cruz, Bolivia]] finishing as a top 8 finalist.
