Paul Anderton (born 1962) is an amateur body-builder from Australia, won 1st place, INBA Mr. SA, Masters, 2007. He is also an entrepreneur and inventor of the “AMMP” training system. [1] [2]

Early Life

Paul was born in Newmarket, England in 1962. His family moved to Australia in 1965. Paul was always of slight build. At the age of 14 (and a weight of 33kg, 72Lb) he was diagnosed with a condition that caused Delayed puberty

In 2008, Paul missed the Australian competitions due to work commitments, but having pre-qualified for the international competitions with his 2007 placings, was a late entry into the Mr. Olympia (no place) and the Mr. Universe Masters division (third place, Masters) a week later in Corona LA. In 2009, Paul had started his PT business and again competed in the Mr. SA, Mr. Australia, and Mr. Olympia.[11] [12] and at the age of 47, placed third in the Masters and fifth in the Men’s Open Short Class. [13] [14][15]
