British Serbs is a term used to describe Serbs and people of Serbian ancestry in the United Kingdom.[3][4] The 2001 UK Census recorded 31,244 people born in the former state of Serbia and Montenegro, which are now Serbia and Montenegro, regardless of ethnicity.[1] The Serbian Council of Great Britain estimates that there are 70,000 ethnic Serbs living in the UK.[2]
