"Communist"
Some call Noname a "communist" however "activist" or "rapper" is a more appropriate title. Linking to a tweet where they say they find the acivist title interesting "instead of communist or..." doesn't make them a communist. In fact, they have also tweeted that they do not share solidarity with any non-black peoeple (https://twitter.com/noname/status/1374414574338777092), which is contradictory to the class consciousness and core beliefs of communism. They have also tweeted that they could be a nurse, but that doesen't mean they are a nurse. Asaturn (talk) 13:19, 24 March 2021 (UTC)
It makes sense to call her what she self-identifies as here, even if she doesn't fit your own opinion of what a true Communist is. North Carolina Man (talk) 14:13, 24 March 2021 (UTC)
She didn't ever self identify as that, she commented once that she finds it interesting that people call her X instead of Y. She has never said "I am a communist," and she is not a communist by definition. I am not the only person to make this edit and point out the facts. My edit should stand. Asaturn (talk) 04:05, 8 May 2021 (UTC)
- Yes she has. Several times, repeatedly, over and over again. She posts about it on Instagram and Twitter. Since there are no articles on it, I'm not adding it, but she does self-identify as a Communist. PaintedFlowers (talk) 02:37, 23 April 2022 (UTC)

Noname (rapper) → Noname – Target currently redirects to No Name (a dab page) but the only other entry on that page without a space is a pen name of Luis Senarens. Since there's not even a redirect for that pen name at current, and even then it's not the title of that writer's page, I think it would make sense to call this primary topic and take off "(rapper)". Could also add a hatnote here linking to Senarens. QuietHere (talk | contributions) 16:09, 17 April 2023 (UTC)
- Oppose the lack of a gap is a stylism for No Name which is a large dab. Leave well alone. In ictu oculi (talk) 07:25, 18 April 2023 (UTC)
