Which countries?

In which regions of the world, in which temperature zones/ climates do they live/ thrive? 2A02:3035:C08:37FF:1:0:99B5:1D9E (talk) 11:43, 5 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Contradiction

Female wheat weevils lay between 36 and 254 eggs and usually one egg is deposited in each grain kernel

One pair of weevils may produce up to 6,000 offspring per year.

The text doesn't state that an egg contains (presumably over 20) offspring, so is there an explanation in the sources? --2001:8003:1D0D:301:D92C:7BC7:B099:3249 (talk) 05:15, 23 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]
