East to west or north to south?

I see Highway 23 listed as east-west from Reedsburg to Wisconsin Dells, yet when I look at Google Street View, I see signs listing Highway 23 as north to south at least as far north as Lake Delton, as of November 2016. I also see signs east of Reedsburg listed as north to south as well, as of August 2013. The Wisconsin Department of Transportation has no information on their website confirming the route listing, and I am unsure who to contact. I don't have any reputable sources other than Google Maps, but I believe this is an issue that needs to be worked out. Does anyone have any information on this?  Stan  3  03:32, 13 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Regardless of how the route is signed and where it switches from north/south to east/west, it won't change the structure of this article. We write articles from south to north or west to east, both of which would match the path of this highway. –Fredddie 23:47, 13 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]
