I would not call this extant. No meaningful structures remain, and the site has been demolished and rebuilt multiple times. The idea behind the Extant category is that the ability to convert back to Broadway use still existing with only light renovation, like how the Hudson was brought back. The former Central is far beyond that. Even Sony Hall and the armoire are pushing it, especially the latter, but the structure is largely intact. |

Template documentationThis template's initial visibility currently defaults to autocollapse, meaning that if there is another collapsible item on the page (a navbox, sidebar, or table with the collapsible attribute), it is hidden apart from its title bar; if not, it is fully visible.
