Specific languages with which I have experience are: English, German, Russian and Latin. For the former two this experience includes knowledge of the langauages' histories. For the latter two it is simply knowledge of the spoken and written languages.

My primary interests with relation to Wikipedia are langaauges and linguistics, especially historical linguistics, and to a lesser degree, history and geography. If anyone who happens to read this can tell me how one applies those languages boxes to one's user page (e.g., this user is a native speaker of English, dieser Benutzer hat ein niedgriges bekenntnis der deutschen Sprache, etc.) I would be greatly appreciative.

I recently stumbled upon Wikipedia as I was looking something up in a Google search, and found that I was questioning why I had never known of such a wonderous thing before?

I have been looking up articles for probably close to a month a recently created an account because I have always been an advocate for the dissemination of accurate information, especially over such a versital medium as the internet.

Specific languages with which I have experience are: English, German, Russian and Latin. For the former two this experience includes knowledge of the langauages' histories. For the latter two it is simply knowledge of the spoken and written languages. In the future I would like to add information to the page on the German language.

Other than that, feel free to contact me.
