  • User:MehranRazi Mehrān/Mihran guy. Blocked after ANI [[3]] but presumably back as another IP. Will probably need an SPI
  • User:Meters/Scarborough school cluster create SPI/ANI on Scarborough schools case since it is not going away. The current stable IP was last blocked on Feb 20 for one week, so keep an eye on this on Feb 27. Yup, immediate return and resumption. Undone but not reblocked this time. SPI this if (i.e., when) he shows up again. Yup, back on March 10. Blocked 3 months this time, so watch for a change in IP. Apr 27 Seem to have died. Probably because it looks like the school will be closed. Spoke too soon. Reappeared in June and July as the static IP. Blocked 6 months. Back again October 2016 as 2607:FEA8:A7A0:57C:ADBB:4C6A:B611:6E81
