Hans von Mellenthin

Hi MB, I have a question for you: do you happen to know anything about this man? I know the basic outlines, but I can't seem to find much on him. This book mentions him in some detail, but I was wondering if you knew of anything better. I'm writing a paper on German development of U-boats in the interwar years, and von Mellenthin is mentioned in Rössler's The U-boat as having done the research on what type of submarine suited the Germans best in 1914-18, but that's about it. I'd like to dig into that a bit more if I can (in large part because other things I've read have criticized the Reichsmarine for not investigating the experiences of the First World War like von Seekt did in the army, and I'd like to see what exactly they did do). Any help you might be able to provide would be much appreciated. Parsecboy (talk) 21:13, 17 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Hyazinth Graf Strachwitz von Gross-Zauche und Camminetz, you added links pointing to the disambiguation pages Jala and Zawada (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

German Army

Hi!

I saw you changed the name of the german army from Heer to German Army. I was just wondering what the policy on this is in ww2 related articles? Should we refer to them as the Heer or the German army? Thanks RetroLord 13:03, 26 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]

List of awards and nominations received by Scissor Sisters

This list is among the oldest at FLC at the moment. Would you happen to have a few minutes to take a look and see if you can find any issues? --Another Believer (Talk) 16:29, 1 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]
