Vijay Pandey was born on 19th September in Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh. He completed his study till graduation at Allahabad. He did his LL. B. from prestigious Government Law College, Mumbai University.
Inspired by late Shri Rajiv Gandhi's call to strengthen the congress party with young energetic party workers Vijay Pandey joined the Congress party at a very teen age. The organizing capacity of his is phenomenal. He has served the party at various levels. He is Co-Coordinator & Spokes Person of Maharashtra Pradesh Congress (I) Sevadal. He has actively participated in the elections Nationwide . He has organized more than hundred meetings, social welfare gatherings for the party. He has arranged and attended several political programs and Rallies during the Lok-Sabha and Assembly Elections. Vijay Pandey's organizations under his leadership demonstrated and protested against Shiv-Sena and Maharashtra Nav Nirman Sena all over Mumbai and Thane against anti North Indian movement.
Vijay Pandey has organized several Cultural, Medical Camp, Sports and Social events to promote National Integrity, Communal Harmony and Universal brotherhood. He has a clean image with charismatic personality with fantastic oratory power to keep thousands of audience spell bound for hours together. He is impeccable in Hindi, English and Marathi. He has created nation wide network in mobilizing various section of people through his organizations.
He started his carrier as an Advocate with Mr. Jai Chinai, Senior Advocate at Bombay High Court and also started appearing before Supreme Court Of India since 2003.
In 2010 was appointed Co-Ordinator & Spokes Person- Maharashtra Pradesh Congress Sevadal and was Observer and in charge of Lok Sabha election 2014 for Purvanchal region.
