An editor rejecting your draft doesn't mean it's rejected forever. It can be rewritten or sourced more. Tagging pages for CSD is not an option at all. @DIVINE, you are good editor and welcomed always on Wikipedia but please calm down and read the rules. You have stayed here for about ten years from your dated user page and I believe you are an awesome editor (that can even argue). It is only with understanding that an editor convinced another.
