My Significant contributions to wikipedia have been

Reliable review

Since the film is notable, please add the review of Sarigamalu from the Zamin Ryot archives. Also wondering why you keep including this source, which is not about the film "Sarigamalu". DareshMohan (talk) 08:21, 6 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Yes will add this, pls share zaminryot pdf link, I could not find it, and change the other source Fostera12 (talk) 09:29, 7 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]
First look for the year 1993 or 1994. Since the film released on 27 November 1993, I searched the December 1993 archives but could not find it. DareshMohan (talk) 20:39, 7 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Sure will do it Fostera12 (talk) 07:59, 8 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]

There is mention about Rambha in the film here - http://www.zaminryot.com/pdf/1993/Dec/3-dec-1993.pdf pls check, added now as ref 2 in the article Sarigamalu.Fostera12 (talk) 08:17, 8 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]

First of all, I wanted to say thank you for your edits. I am sorry for anything done in the past. DareshMohan (talk) 02:25, 26 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]
So S. S. Rajamouli worked with him for only one film? DareshMohan (talk) 03:15, 13 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Need to check in title credits or imdb of kranthi kumar filmography Fostera12 (talk) 09:08, 13 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]

What does the title of the review on page 11 say? Can you add it if you can read Telugu? Kailash29792 (talk) 13:30, 10 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Title - "Neti Savitiri fails to reflect the personality of today's woman". The review says that the film has disappointed the women audience, and the subject is not reflecting the actual society. In addition, there are no crowd pleasing elements suitable to Telugu audiences, as the director tried to imitate Tamil nativity in some of the scenes. The director went overboard by creating situations like throwing the thali inside the temple. Overall, the movie was bad.Fostera12 (talk) 05:21, 11 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you for the translation. What I want is, the title of the review in Telugu script so I can paste it into the ref. Kailash29792 (talk) 15:13, 11 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Okay. Hope this works.Fostera12 (talk) 15:36, 11 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Need help

Hi, I need some help. Can you please comment on this thread supporting the move from Venkateshvara to Venkateswara? The original name was Venkateswara which is how most South Indian deity names are spelled in English. However, some people have prematurely moved the page to a very non-standard and uncommon spelling of Venkateshvara as per North Indian usage. Can you please comment in that thread and explain that the spelling Venakteswara is the most used spelling in academic as well as in official sources? The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

If you wish to participate in the 2023 election, please review the candidates and submit your choices on the voting page. If you no longer wish to receive these messages, you may add {{NoACEMM}} to your user talk page. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 00:54, 28 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, articles should not be moved without good reason. They should have a name that is both accurate and intuitive. Wikipedia has some guidelines in place to help with this. Generally, a page should only be moved to a new title if the current name doesn't follow these guidelines. Also, if a page move is being discussed, consensus needs to be reached before anybody moves the page. If you would like to experiment with page titles and moving, please use the test Wikipedia. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. Liz Read! Talk! 07:15, 13 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, Fostera12,
If an article gets nominated for an AFD deletion discussion, do not make major changes to the article, changing the entire subject and then move it to a different page title. If you want an article on this other subject, then write a new article, do not "hijack" an existing article. It won't change the course of the AFD discussion and it is just disruptive editing. Feel free to participate in the AFD discussion to make your arguments for what you want to happen with this article. Thank you. Liz Read! Talk! 07:17, 13 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Control copyright icon Hello Fostera12! Your additions to Perfect Master (Meher Baba) have been removed in whole or in part, as they appear to have added copyrighted content without evidence that the source material is in the public domain or has been released by its owner or legal agent under a suitably free and compatible copyright license. (To request such a release, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission.) While we appreciate your contributions to Wikipedia, there are certain things you must keep in mind about using information from sources to avoid copyright and plagiarism issues.

  • You can only copy/translate a small amount of a source. You must mark what you take as a direct quotation with double quotation marks (") and cite the source using an inline citation. Read about this at Wikipedia:Non-free content in the sections on "text". See also Help:Referencing for beginners, for how to cite sources here.
  • Aside from limited quotation, you must put all information in your own words and structure, in proper paraphrase. Following the source's words too closely can create copyright problems, so it is not permitted here; see Wikipedia:Close paraphrasing. Even when using your own words, you are still asked to cite your sources to verify the information and to demonstrate that the content is not original research.
  • We have strict guidelines on the usage of copyrighted images. Fair use images must meet all ten of the non-free content criteria to be used in articles, or they will be deleted. To be used on Wikipedia, all other images must be made available under a free and open copyright license that allows commercial and derivative reuse.
  • If you own the copyright to the source you want to copy or are a legally designated agent, you may be able to license that text so that we can publish it here. Understand, though, that unlike many other sites, where a person can license their content for use there and retain non-free ownership, that is not possible at Wikipedia. Rather, the release of content must be irrevocable, to the world, into either the public domain (PD) or under a suitably free and compatible copyright license. Please see Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials.
  • Also note that Wikipedia articles may not be copied or translated without attribution. If you want to copy or translate from another Wikipedia project or article, you must follow the copyright attribution steps described at Wikipedia:Copying within Wikipedia. See also Help:Translation#License requirements.

It's very important that contributors understand and follow these practices. Our policy requires that people who persistently do not must be blocked from editing. If you have any questions about this, please ask them here on this page, or leave a message on my talk page. Thank you. Wikishovel (talk) 10:41, 4 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]

What you are bothering me about copyright is actually mirroring of wikipedia. It is wikipedia's content copies by the website. Not the other way. Fostera12 (talk) 11:34, 4 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Not a mirror, but the blog did copy the article. A mirror would include many actual articles fully copied. Article is now move protected. Doug Weller talk 12:15, 4 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Meher Baba

Hi. I appreciate your efforts to improve content about Meher Baba. However, you're also causing disruption in that area. Could you please slow down and focus on one thing, perhaps content to start with, and then determine at a later time in the future if these topics warrant a page move by vacating an existing page and the desired location? Also, if you copy from elsewhere, you must attribute it. See Wikipedia:Copying within Wikipedia and Wikipedia:Copying text from other sources. Please attribute it in the edit summaries so others would know what is happening and would help in not raising false alarms. I hope you heed to this advice. Thanks! — DaxServer (t · m · e · c) 12:16, 4 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Please do not remove speedy deletion notices from pages you have created yourself, as you did with Dadasaheb Phalke International Film Festival. If you believe the page should not be deleted, you may contest the deletion by clicking on the button that says: Contest this speedy deletion, which appears inside the speedy deletion notice. This will allow you to make your case on the talk page. Administrators will consider your reasoning before deciding what to do with the article. Thank you. Wikishovel (talk) 13:24, 9 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Please don't do that. Please see Wikipedia:Criteria for speedy deletion, where it explains that the creator of a page may not remove the deletion tag from it. Thank you. Wikishovel (talk) 13:30, 9 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]

You can explain why the article should not be deleted on the talk page. Kindly assume good faith toward others. Thanks for your consideration. — C1K98V (💬 ✒️ 📂) 13:47, 9 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
It wont work that way, I have already contested in articles talk page. So, without assuming good faith anyone can throw speedy deletion on any article? Fostera12 (talk) 13:48, 9 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
