If you took the time to read the Talk Page, you would have seen where I provided a link to the Stampede website concert announcment stating that the concert would take place in the Saddledome. Beyond that, the Saddledome is only the place a concert like that could be held. I'm changing it back and would appreciate it if you didn't revert it again. --WestJet (talk) 21:51, 8 January 2011 (UTC)

:File:Jj noucaptp.jpg edit warring
As you're probably well aware, you and Gabe19 are currently engaged in a slow and steady edit war with the revisions of the file :File:Jj noucaptp.jpg. Please stop blindly reverting each other without bothering to discuss the issues and why you prefer one version of the poster over another. I have added the file to my watchlist and will keep in eye on it for future reverts from both of you or other users. Any action taken without first getting consensus to do so will lead either you or Gabe19 straight into a temporary block. Your disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. — <font color="008080">ξ</font><font color="000000">xplicit</font> 07:33, 11 January 2011 (UTC)

Tours

Please stop italicizing tours, like you did in this edit, as well as this one. Speaking of which, why did you do the latter? None of that is constructive. Yves (talk) 05:33, 29 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Um, no. Please stop edit warring. It is not a matter of opinion, but fact: please read WP:ITALICS. Tours are not italicized, and I'm sure someone would have fixed that before ...Baby One More Time Tour, The Fame Ball Tour, Zoo TV Tour, and many others got to GA. Please stop your disruptive editing or I may have to report you. Yves (talk) 05:40, 29 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Also, please read MOS:BOLD to know when and when not to bold things, as well as WP:CAPS if you are not aware of capitalization rules in English. Additionally, WP:CRYSTAL tells us that nothing is definite until it has taken place, so Swift's tour is still upcoming, and will remain upcoming until the ninth of February of next year; there is the possibility of it not happening, which is why "upcoming" is used on all future events and releases. To address another point, I see you've made no attempt to contact me, choosing instead to edit war and communicate through passive-aggressive edit summaries, or none at all when reverting. Please take the effort to use talk pages as part of duties of a Wikipedian: the interaction part of the fourth pillar. Thank you. Yves (talk) 05:54, 29 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Thank you for your response on my talk page. Here are my thoughts. I don't understand how you see a concert tour "can be considered an opera, musical, orchestral work or play": it's none of those. If you look at the talk page of one of the GAs I linked you too, you will see italicization is inappropriate. Because MoS doesn't specifically address something, it does not mean to ignore what it does say, in this case with the use of bold text in "only a few special cases". It is not a table header, caption, definition in a list, or volume number. MoS aside, I don't see the significance of bold text: it's the last number and it says "total" so there's no reason to emphasize it. "Upcoming" is used to refer to it in the future, and because it hasn't happened yet, one can't accurately say it is what it is (i.e. in this case, "second concert tour"). It's certainly not her second concert tour; she's never had a second concert tour. Future events are referred to in the future, e.g. 2012 Summer Olympics says "scheduled to take place" and uses "will be". Yes, I do use "upcoming vacation" in conversation and using "upcoming baby" is ridiculous: (s)he is already referred to as a baby before (s)he is born. Something can't be if it isn't. Another example: you live in a city in which there is no movie theatre and one is about to be built. When you walk by the construction site and someone asks you what it is, do you respond with, "That's the movie theatre."? No, because under planning stages or construction, it is not a movie theatre. Most people would refer to it with something along the lines of "The future cineplex," or "Where the new movie theatre's gonna be." Again, those are just my thoughts. Thank you for being polite. Response

Hi, Itsbydesign. I've read your e-mail and I am sorry if your efforts to edit on Wikipedia have been frustrating. There is a large learning curve for all of the various policies and guidelines here. It can take time to learn and understand them. Additionally, we all encounter editors of a wide range of temperaments -- from well-mannered to abrupt -- but in each case we first must assume good faith, stay calm and focus only the content. If you are having a dispute with other editors, it is important to follow the guidelines at Wikipedia:Dispute resolution. That page provides a number of helpful suggestions and links which you can follow. If your dispute is about another editor's incivility which has become too significant to be ignored, than you can request help by posting a report at Wikipedia:Wikiquette alerts. If the problem is particularly widespread and concerns a number of other editors as well as content, than Wikipedia:Requests for comment is a good avenue. In either case, make certain your report is very concise, and includes diffs for every point. If you have further questions, feel free to ask. CactusWriter (talk) 19:54, 5 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

File copyright problem with File:Jlkic logo.jpeg

Thank you for uploading File:Jlkic logo.jpeg. However, it currently is missing information on its copyright status. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously. It may be deleted soon, unless we can determine the license and the source of the file. If you know this information, then you can add a copyright tag to the image description page.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their license and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have created in your upload log.

If you have any questions, please feel free to ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thanks again for your cooperation. - (CK)Lakeshade - talk2me - 23:34, 12 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Nothin' But Love (tour)

Hello. I'm sorry I didn't explain my edit properly to you before reverting (I thought my edit summary was English enough, but I spelt something wrong). You can't use a source that doesn't work, quite obvious? I'd think so. Everybody needs to be able to access it unless it's a book source. I'm going to revert your edit. If this isn't clear enough, post back and tell me why. Jayy008 (talk) 15:32, 13 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Ignore that. Basically, the sources seem fake. You can use them, as a user just reminded me. But Box Office Score is only available at Billboard.Biz and those sources do not take you there. Jayy008 (talk) 16:47, 13 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to vandalize Wikipedia, as you did at Nothing But Love World Tour, you may be blocked from editing. You keep reverting my edits, without explanation. You're refusing to answer. The sources are clealy bad as an admin posted to me here when he was reminding me of WP:PAYWALL. However, that doesn't apply here as the source doesn't even take you anyway. Jayy008 (talk) 15:54, 14 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you for adding correct sources this time. Even though it's unclear why you added fake sources in the first place. Jayy008 (talk) 18:06, 2 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Number Ones: Up Close and Personal

Care to discuss and explain why you insist on reverting to that first image?? Ga Be 19 09:11, 2 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Please discuss this matter at Talk:Number Ones: Up Close and Personal - Ga Be 19 05:58, 7 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Are your hands seriously itching to get blocked? If so then please let me know, I will personally take you to ANI. Another revert of the image at the above tour article, and consider this your last warning. — Legolas (talk2me) 09:39, 9 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]
And you keep up the disruptions without discussing, you will be blocked. — Legolas (talk2me) 06:59, 11 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]
