Anyway you placed a transliteration request on [[Or Yehuda]] and [[Kiryat Haim]]. In both cases, كريات حاييم and أور يهوده are not Arabic, they mean nothing in Arabic. These two names are a possible transliteration of the Hebrew name to the Arabic characters, they are the same almost as the English title which is also a transliteration of the Hebrew. All caves are within the ground, and therefore under it; and that's why "underground cave" is redundant.
