Hey Biz kids, i'm happy to welcome you to my talk page. I only have a few rules to make it easy for your message to get across to me. Keep in mind, some of them are because i use a screen reader.

  • Please don't use too much visual things, jaws only says "immage.", so you don't have to worry about that.
  • Please do not use computer speek, i can't understand all the abreviations, i can only understand I.E. or lol.
  • Please, oh please do not harp at me about my spelling and grammar, as that is my week point, however, there is one exception:
    • If it is someone's name, i.e. Catherine in stead of Katherine, or something along that line, then you may correct my spelling. You can correct other spelling or grammar mistakes yourself if you like.
  • Please bare with me if i don't seem to understand something. I'm just getting the hang of things here.

Thanks for your kind words, and feel welcome here. Hello to you know who by the way. 04:12, 15 November 2010 (UTC)

Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to vandalize pages by deliberately introducing incorrect information, as you did at List of villains in Codename: Kids Next Door, you may be blocked from editing. Cresix (talk) 00:11, 22 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

"Assume good faith" does not mean tolerating vandalism and intentionally adding incorrect information to articles. Go ahead and report me. It will only result in a block for you, not me. I have all the evidence I need: repeatedly adding unsourced information, flaunting Wikipedia policies by stating that you will continue to do so, and now intentionally adding incorrect information to articles here and here. Furthemore, if you restore the incorrect information in either of these instances without citing a reliable source, I will immediately make a report at WP:AIV. Cresix (talk) 03:16, 22 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]
The source you indicate does not confirm the information. Again, restore the information without a proper source and you will be blocked. Cresix (talk) 03:22, 22 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

links if editors give me trouble note to self: do not delete under any circumstances

I give commet tuttle full credit for these, hope you don't mind ct. Wikipedia:Editor assistance to get informal help or counseling from another editor. Then we have the page Wikipedia:Wikiquette alerts which is intended to help with disputes. Then in more extreme cases there is the page Wikipedia:AN/I which is the administrator's noticeboard for disputes that require the intervention of an administrator. Editing on Wikipedia

Hello Nissae Isen's Man and welcome. I'm glad you got your account request through, I checked once or twice early on but then forgot about it until I noticed your name pop up somewhere. I was sad to see you're getting yourself into trouble again though. As I said elsewhere, some of the problems with your IP editing are behind you now - but now we have to focus on your future as a registered editor and it's true that you will have to work very hard to understand all our rules and policies and the right way to add information - all the things every single editor here has to learn. The way you've used this account so far looks to me like it is going to get blocked if you don't change some things. I've looked over your edits and here are some notes:

  • First of all, no-one here doesn't like or is "against" vision-impaired, or any other sort of disabled editors or users of the encyclopedia. We take it very seriously, and you can read our guideline at WP:ACCESS. No-one has ignored you when you say that you aren't able to see the screen.I know at least two vision-impaired editors here and have noticed others who just casually mention they are blind, so I know they are able to edit here. You seem to have a particular problem with your screen reader that other editors don't have, and I think you need to get it fixed on your end. Do you have a local support organization who can send someone to help set up your system?
  • Next, talk pages. User talk pages are used for communication, and it is expected that the communication will be civil and directed to working together on improving the encyclopedie. People shouldn't be threatening you on your talk page for things you haven't done, but at the same time you better not be threatening them too. If you make comments again like you did to CutOffTies and Cresix, I will block you from editing. That's completely unacceptable, so please stop doing it. Remember that if you threaten to report someone, you might get the attention of an admin who will look into the whole situation. Another thing to remember going forward is that it is OK to remove notices and warnings from your own talk page once you have read them, you don't need to explain why, we all just assume that you have read and understood the message. The only things you can't remove are declined unblock requests and other editor comments within a thread where removing it changes the meaning of the thread.
  • Most important and above all are our articles:
    • If you make an article edit and it gets reverted, stop editing the article and go to the talk page. The burden is on you to prove the information belongs there. You have to provide a good source or explain some other way why your edit should stay. Changing back to your own version of the article without providing a source is unacceptable too, and if you keep doing it I will block you from editing. You can read WP:BURDEN and WP:WAR to learn more about this, and WP:BRD for the right way to do it.
    • Catherine Thompson seems to be entirely non-notable and you are putting that name in various places with no good reason. I watched the video link you supplied (which is almost certainly a copyright violation, so it can't be used as a reference for the article) and I didn't see the name. You say your neighbour told you it was true, I disagree. It looks to me as though all the C.T. mentions you and your IP address inserted will have to go, until you can supply a reliable source. (Read at WP:RS)
    • Alexis Jordan, same thing with reverting to put back your own version while demanding that someone else show the proof it's wrong, plus another policy you need to learn, WP:BLP. For living persons, we don't add material to their articles unless we can show that some other independent source confirms it. We don't say it because we "know it's true", we say it because someone else reliable has said it and we (the editors working together) decide it is important to show here. Most actors and artists will have a site where they list every piece of work they've done, and other sources discussing their work also, so I don't understand why you can't provide sources. That is how we decide what to include. I reverted one of your edits myself [1] since I couldn't see any basis for it.
  • Separate from the above, I've looked again at the username you chose and although I thought it might be alright at the time [2], having looked again I believe now that you should choose a different name which doesn't mention another living person. I'm going to mention this at the appropriate noticeboard (WP:UAA) for comments. Maybe it is OK, but just in case, start thinking of another username you might like. [Update: UAA notice here Franamax]

Sorry for the length of this, but there were a lot of issues to cover. You really need to make an effort to learn what is required here, I hope you can do it. Especially when it comes to our articles, things can't go on as they have. Please read this over a few times before you respond and think it over. I'd prefer we keep the discussion here and I will be watching this page when I'm online, so don't worry that I might be missing your comments. Regards. Franamax (talk) 08:51, 24 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

What about observation sources, i.e. Catherine Thompson on Biz Kid$, who does Capitalest Peg, Biz witch, and hosts the Biz Kids Biz quiz. She does various roles on the Majic Schoolbus, and i woulden't rely on IMDB so much, there is a lot of info missing from it that needs to be known. If it is not catherine thompson, you guys need to tell me. This time, not my friend, but my aunt read the credits of biz kid$ (i got her to read it 9 times over), and Catherine's name shows up. If she is only notable for biz kids, would it be rellavent though to say that she does minor roles in Kids Next Door, Majic Schoolbus, and the other shows i mention? I mean, "Meow, Meow" is a minor role in kids next door. I know Biz Kid$ is not the only other show, My aunt saw her name as Earth and a few other roles on the Zula Patrol. That's all not pov but observations, right? just want to make sure. Nissae Isen's Man (talk) 13:09, 24 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

And Nissae Isen (yes, Thee nissae isen) is someone i miss, so i named the account "Nissae Isen's Man" for her to show her i still care. Caring is a good component of good editors right? just checking remember. Nissae Isen's Man (talk) 13:41, 24 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

how to link an external link(Note to self: please keep this message)

To link an external website, type a left bracket, then the website address, then a right bracket. If you wish to show a descriptive title, add one space after the website address, then type the title before the right bracket. Here is the English Wikipedia main page linked that way English Wikipedia. Cresix (talk) 00:05, 6 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

  • This is a continuation of the discussion on the Wikipedia Ref Desk/Entertainment.

IMDB

1. If you see something in a Wikipedia article that does not have a proper citation, and you doubt it, then the {{fact}} tag is your friend. If you add {{fact}}> with the two curly braces next to the word, then the words "citation needed" appear when anyone reads the article. This may shame the author to add a citation, or another editor may find and add a citation; or, if the "fact" tag has been on there long enough, some editor may decide to delete the doubtful piece of information. 2. IMDB is not a very reliable source, it is true. Here's an idea: A reliable source might be to actually write to the production company, or possibly PBS, and ask for a "press kit" that includes information about all the show's actors, including guest stars and minor characters. You could then include citations that cite the press kit. Comet Tuttle (talk) 20:01, 20 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Your recent edits

Hello. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you must sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. You may also click on the signature button located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you. --SineBot (talk) 18:59, 1 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]

It looks like you did not point directly to your userpage and talkpage, but you used an URL. Fix that and Sinebot won't harass you about signing. Jarkeld (talk) 20:42, 1 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Wikipedia needs comunication, and i believe in spreading good feelings. do not take anything as wrong, I am an aspiring commedian and movie writer. I believe in making wikipedians feel happy to edit wikipedia, even when they get block warnings. Hey, you may have to stop doing something, but that doesn't mean you can't feel good at the same time. god bless you, N.I.M. I miss you nissae! Just a note to say that the addition to your signature, "Elena Apostoleanu go behind the line", leads directly to the page that allows people to edit your contributions list. I don't think you intended to do that, as I don't know why anyone would wnat to edit this list but I would change it if I were you as it may be a temptation to vandals. Removed material

Hi N.I.M., I've just removed and revision-deleted a post you made at the Reference Desk talk page. Please don't ever mention a real-life person by name, at least one who does not have an encyclopedia article about them. You claimed to have "permission" to say her name; well fine, but then we have ways to assure that an actual person really wants their name brought up, through WP:OTRS. Other than that, please don't do it again or try to restore the name. Make your thoughts known without naming real-life names please. Franamax (talk) 05:59, 8 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I showed her this, and she says "Well, tell him that I say it's okay, and if they don't like it, they are going to hear about it. I gave you the line, and if Inna has a problom with it, fine, then she can leave you a message on your talk page, otherwise, they have no reason to complain. If they try to then you can give them my message, wait, i'll tell them my damn self. I gave you that line, end of storry." Sorry about "damn", that's just what she said. can you at least summarize my message? if they have more questions i'll be happy to answer it. N.I.M. I miss you nissae! Dear Wikipedia, This user has given me his permission to use his computer to post this message. I hope you try to understand it.

I understand you have a policy against using someone’s real name, however, if you are going to make a policy like that, you have to consider that there is the possibility that a certain someone, like me could give a user like NIM permission to say my name on the sight. I’m upset that your policy disregards the fact that I gave permission to use my name in the sight. This is not something to be messing around with; you can’t just assume that he’s making stuff up. This is an encyclopaedia, not a list of people bossing a user around, and I think that your policy needs to be changed slightly to something like this: “If someone gives their consent to use their name in a discussion, then a user may use the name.” I don’t really know your sight nor do I have time to read your policies, I’d be here all night, and I want to let NIM use his computer. I need a good reason why I cannot be credited for the line “Elena apostoleanu go behind the line.” I told NIM that if Inna has any problems with that, to stop using it, otherwise, continue using the line as part of a signature. We both watch comedy shows, so we generally like to be funny. I hope you understand my reason for disagreeing with your policy, sincerely, Rose Hiebert, January 8, 2011 at 1:12 am, goodnight. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 204.112.104.172 (talk) 07:15, 8 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]
