Hi 11917jamesrichard,

No, absolutely not. Wikipedia will under no circumstances publish an article without citations, because we do not have any place to reference the information. An exception to this may be draft space, where you can work on your article there, but under no circumstance will an article be published without sources. Hope this helps. -I ask you to not revert my corrections to his language background. Infact his mother tongue is a specific dialect not German, and He doesn’t have difficulties speaking Italian. It’s mandatory in South Tyrol wich is a bilingual region to study Italian and German. Thank you for your collaboration.
