Putting the {{help me}} template in a message on your Talk page (including the 4 curly braces)
Sometimes, a user will post a question and forget all about it. It is easy to forget about these unless you keep a record of the questions you posted to refer back to later. One useful method for doing this is to set aside a section of your User page or Talk page, to keep a list of links to your queries. In this list, you can place section links which lead directly to the sub hearings MEMZAT10 (AKA<math>7lu</math> sections) under which you posted your queries.

Done and a change to the filter may be needed. I've made the edit for you, and am not sure why that edit triggered the filter; it shouldn't have. OhNoitsJamie Talk 15:44, 4 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]
@Ohnoitsjamie The edit touched a paragraph matching line 43 of the filter. You want to check added_lines also. FYI it might be a good time to prune a few of those checks if they aren't needed anymore; you're already using a sizable fraction of the condition limit for users not in the excluded groups. Suffusion of Yellow (talk) 22:44, 12 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]
I commented out some clauses that probably aren't needed anymore; I see the line where it gets triggered, but that text wasn't removed in the diff, so not sure why it was triggered. OhNoitsJamie Talk 23:07, 12 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Editing a line is considered "removing" the old line, and "adding" back the modified line. So if they change "foo bar" to "foo" then "foo" will be in both added_lines and removed_lines. Suffusion of Yellow (talk) 02:14, 13 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Note: This should have been marked as "done and a change may be needed", rather than "not done" since the edit was implemented. I've fixed that (courtesy ping @Ohnoitsjamie:). Also ping @MusikAnimal: @ProcrastinatingReader: @Suffusion of Yellow: for further investigation.

Not done though a change to the filter may be needed. I'm not sure why this was flagged as "replacing a page with obscenities" - that's not an appropriate description of the edit. Nonetheless, the edit removed swaths of referenced content and also deleted several tables/info boxes, and therefore I don't feel comfortable implementing this. Jump to the search box with ⇧ Shift+Alt+F

You can jump to the search box from anywhere on a page, which is especially useful on long articles, so you do not have to scroll up to get to it. To do this, press ⇧ Shift+Alt+F (this works on most systems). The F stands for "find" or "focus".

For a search box in which the cursor is already focused, use www.wikipedia.org. You can drag-and-drop this link onto your browser's toolbar, and click on it anytime for immediate access.
