Propose merging Template:The Da Vinci Code with Template:Dan Brown.

  We're not talking about notability, that is firmly established. What we're taking about here the amount of duplication of navigation over the two navboxes. If these are not merged, then {{Dan Brown}} needs to be trimmed of articles such as the soundtrack and video game that are not directly related to him. --woodensuperman 15:49, 26 October 2023 (UTC)

  See the novel series navbox, it has a section for 'Derivative media' and other links which would likely be lost in a merge. If not, please be plainer about what you are thinking of merging and what you would remove in a merge. Thanks. Randy Kryn (talk) 15:53, 26 October 2023 (UTC)

  If not merged, would suggest we trim the non-Dan Brown specific articles such as the soundtrack and video games of the films from {{Dan Brown}}. If merged, then would intend to keep all the articles, except Gregory W. Brown which should be trimmed from {{Dan Brown}} anyway as we do not need to link to the author's brother from every article. Template:Hangul

Documentation on template isn't great, and scope overlaps heavily with Template:Korean and Template:lang-ko toobigtokale (talk) 03:41, 25 October 2023 (UTC)

Using the 북-romanisation here, in en:wp, has nothing to do with NK. This is only a retaliation from some old-crocodiles against SK for not having required their permission for deciding about Korean topics. 존경받는 악어 (pun intended). Pldx1 (talk) 10:30, 25 October 2023 (UTC)

• Comment isn't Chosungul the same as Hangul ? Thus the stricture of not using it for NK doesn't seem to make sense, you could just redirect {{Chosungul}} to {{Hangul}} or call it {{Hunminjeongeum}} -- 65.92.244.127 (talk) 05:48, 26 October 2023 (UTC)

  There isn't a template for Chosungul anyway; why complicate things when we already have a Template:Korean that is more neutrally named? I'm not quite fully sure I understood your point so lmk if I misinterpreted toobigtokale (talk) 07:50, 26 October 2023 (UTC)
