- Appears to be a screen capture; very low resolution and quality make it unlikely this was a user created free image. Nableezy 01:24, 23 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

- Derivative Work. Photo of George W. Bush appears to have come from a press kit. Likely copyrighted. No reason given to suggest that uploader is copyright holder. -FASTILY (TALK) 04:00, 23 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

- Series of images all uploaded as "self" but credited to "APM Terminals' photography." Seemingly obtained from the APM Website. The media gallery is for registered users but the disclaimer states Authorized users can download images and purchase prints for company or personal use. All images and graphics © 2010 APM Terminals. - in which case these could be speedied as copyvios. (EDIT: I just saw a note from March of 2008 about these images on the articles talk page. The editor said, in part, However, all three images are exactly the same as the ones on the company website here. This strongly suggests the images are wrongly tagged and a breach of copyright. I have no idea why these weren't tagged/deleted two year ago) Soundvisions1 (talk) 05:03, 23 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

- 28 Tineye hits, a few that clearly outdate the upload date to Wikipedia, indicate to me that this is likely not the work of the uploader. Also, the image is unused and has no description text. Sven Manguard Wha? 06:45, 23 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

- Clearly a promotional image for a band, unlikely that it is owned by the uploader, and unused outside of a sandbox article that hasn't been updated since 2008. Sven Manguard Wha? 07:27, 23 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

- The original uploader gave the image a non-free tag[1]. It was a different user that later came along and assigned the free license to the photo.[2] Kelly hi! 16:35, 23 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

- This is probably not the work of the uploader - the uploader's username is similar to that of the copyright holder but this could possibly not be the copyright holder.--Aamsse (talk) 18:48, 23 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]
