Wikipedia:Yes legal threats (edit | talk | history | links | watch | logs)

Silly "humour" essay that encourages users to violate WP:NLT. 2A0E:1D47:9085:D200:81C1:298E:8E2A:1CE6 (talk) 12:45, 20 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Clarification

[edit]

On the main article, regarding the deletion of one own talk page or sandbox, it says this:

"If you wish to clear your user talk page or sandbox, just blank it."

Does this mean, just Edit it and delete everything (which leaves a copy in the View History page), or is there a tool that actually blanks it? Some clarification would be appreciated. Raven-14 (talk) 12:45, 26 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Does this mean, just Edit it and delete everything (which leaves a copy in the View History page) Yes; the policy which governs what you can/can't do with your own talkpage is at WP:UOWN. More experienced users tend to archive material they want off their talkpages rather than blanking it. How to do that can be found at WP:ARCHIVE. Discussion of redirects from draftspace to mainspace not from move

[edit]

A discussion has been initiated regarding redirects from the draftspace to the mainspace that are not the result of a move, as well as Wikipedia:Miscellany for deletion/Speedy redirect. Interested editors are welcome to comment at Wikipedia talk:Drafts#Redirects from draftspace to the mainspace which are not the result of a move. — Godsy (TALKCONT) 19:39, 1 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Relists not working anymore

[edit]

Seems something must've changed recently with how the bot relists discussions. There have now been multiple discussions relisted in the past few weeks, but these discussions are not moving to the Date which the relist occurred. Something is broken. Steel1943 (talk) 03:10, 15 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]
