Article needed

We need a biography of Patricia Solimene Collins aka Patty Collins, current director of the US Bureau of Engraving and Printing, former deputy director(?) of the Government Printing Office, paralympic athlete with a bunch of medal wins, and retired US Army colonel with 24 years in Special Forces including 100+ HALO parachute jumps, tours in Iraq, and all that sort of stuff. How many WikiProject Women templates to add to talk pages?

Is there a best practice about adding "WikiProject Women" templates to Women BLP Talk pages? For instance if one adds "WikiProject Women Scientists" or "WikiProject Women Artists" should one also include "WikiProject Women"?
