Nothing steams me more than people adding their names to the cast list...c'mon people...have some class! Don't mess with the truth...it comes back to get you.Kevtooth (talk) 21:18, 3 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Don't you really mean, "Don't mess with the Tooth"? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.223.130.32 (talk) 03:40, 23 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Sony Pictures Animation plan this.

Its hard to tell that

[edit]

These are muppets. They are muppets i think because they are in that universe. Plus some of those muppet characters from this show are found in the ending of The Muppet Movie which is "The Rainbow Connection finale". They can be seen after the rainbow comes out and there are those muppets. They are certainly found when the camera zooms out.--HappyLogolover2011 (talk) 03:26, 9 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

We need an actual reliable source to verify these connections. Your observations are original research and are not sufficient for adding the "Muppets" category to the article. SQGibbon (talk) 04:35, 9 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Well what i meant is those muppets like Timmy the Tooth, Bubbles, Annette, Sidney Cyclops, Mr. Wisdom and The Cavity Goon in The Muppet Movie from Timmy the Tooth.--HappyLogolover2011 (talk) 05:21, 9 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Hoax stage musicals

[edit]

For the record:

This article has been vandalized several times, with a false/hoax non-existent "stage musical" section. In July 2012 User talk:71.183.183.252 was blocked for their edits (and for false/hoax edits to other articles as well). On July 30, 2012, another IP, User talk:96.224.22.19 added a similar false "stage musical" section, which I have deleted, and also warned the IP. In December 2011, User talk:96.224.17.210 added false/unsourced "stage musical" to this article. (Note that a google search does not show any such "musical", either in Dec 2011, July 2012, or on July 31, 2012.)Flami72 (talk) 08:51, 31 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Documenting the hoax further: on August 3, 2012 (00:53) User talk:96.224.22.19 added similar hoax content (false "stage musical") as on July 30, 2012. I deleted and left a final warning on Aug. 3, 2012. Flami72 (talk) 09:05, 3 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Edit War resolution

[edit]

As you know, Monty845 has fully protected the main page due to the edit wars that have occurred on it. So he has suggested that we start this discussion to resolve this edit war. I'm starting out by stating that The Adventures of Timmy the Tooth is NOT a production of The Jim Henson Company and that neither of the characters are in the categories of the different Muppet creatures. Rtkat3 (talk) 6:56, March 14 2013 (UTC)

As a co-creator of the show, I must say that it is an honor to be thought of as a Jim Henson Production, however, all of the puppet characters are fully original characters created by James Murray, Dina Fraboni and myself (Kevin Carlson). Our puppet designers Bob Fappiano and Drew Massey each contributed their professional artistry to the design and functionality of all the characters. The production company was called BOMP Productions and we sold The Adventures of Timmy The Tooth to MCA/Universal which funded the 10 half hour videos, of which 5 aired on Nickleodeon back in 1995.

As puppeteers, both James Murray and myself have worked for the Jim Henson Company over the years, but have never collaborated on developing any projects together. Kevtooth (talk) 22:28, 6 August 2014 (UTC)Kevin Carlson[reply]

Since Disney acquired 20th Century Studios back in 2019, Greg the Bunny, indeed not part of The Muppets Studio acquired from Henson back in 2004, is partially owned by Disney with an exception of the IFC series, where some of the Timmy characters were used in.--67.5.9.241 (talk) 05:17, 21 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]
