Moldova - Transnistria

The Republic of Moldova (Republica Moldova ) is a republic with a popularly elected president, a parliament, the Parliament, elected in free multi-party elections and a government responsible to the parliament. Transnistria seceded as an unrecognized state from Moldova.

The history of Transnistria since 1788 can be found at Transnistria. Khazar Khaganate c 750: Present-day Moldova, populated by Vlachs is part of the Khazar Khaganate.
