I don't know what you are talking about. I am unfamiliar with using wikipedia. I've been frantically trying to get false and damaging information off of my bio which I did not write and tried to follow the directions to do this to no avail. This is beyond frustrating. I am 62 years old and at my wits end. People should not be allowed to write false information that have political ramifications and there be no recourse to get them changed. Some tips

@Johnp9999/@Johnp99999 Hi Mr. Parker, I saw the notification at WP:BLPN and I just wanted to leave you a few tips for future.

Though you've already been open about your real life identity, you should disclose it on your userpage just so others can know off the bat and you don't run afoul of wikipedia's WP:Conflict of Interest policies. You should try not to edit your article directly (short of reverting obvious WP:vandalism), but feel free to leave comments on the talk page. I'll put it on my watchlist and keep an eye on it for you.
I am not sure why you seem to have to have two accounts, User:Johnp9999 and User:Johnp99999, I'm assuming you lost your login information to one. To make sure you don't run afoul of WP:SOCKPUPPET: going forward you should indicate which one is deprecated and stick to one

I've attached some userboxes below you can include on your userpage to those ends. For the second box, list whichever one you do not plan to use in future. I'd be happy to add them for you myself if you need help, just WP:PING me.

Additionally, as it seems your article does not meet wikipedias general notability guidelines, you should start a new talk page section there listing reliable sources that have mentioned you (I'm assuming you keep track of them) so they can be included to make sure your article isn't deleted. You may also find Wikipedia:A picture of you helpful, as it has instructions for uploading a selfie for use on your article.

Finally, as others noted at BLPN, we have a policy Wikipedia:No legal threats. If there is incorrect or unsourced information, someone will be happy to fix it for you. We're all volunteers here and while I understand your frustration with our technology and bureaucracy (believe me, with some recent circumstances I especially feel you on that second part...), it can make others less inclined to help if you jump in swinging like that. If no editors on the talk page help, going to BLPN is indeed the right solution, though I'll be keeping an eye on it from now on to address your concerns there, as I'm assuming @FormalDude and @LilianaUwU will be as well.
