Sierra Valley Gardens is a mixed-use development in Barangay San Juan, Cainta, Rizal, Philippines. It is a redevelopment of the former Mitsubishi Motors Philippines Corporation plant located on the boundary of Cainta and Taytay which is adjacent to the villages of Jansenville Subdivision, Saint Anthony, and Valley Golf. It is projected to be one of the financial districts of Cainta in the near future. The 18-hectare (44-acre) site being developed by Robinsons Land Corporation with the proposed Cyber Park due to its proximity to MNL1 Data Center and Robinsons Sierra Mall features Cainta's new high-end shopping center, which is expected to become the largest mall in Cainta that will span up to 5 hectares.

Sierra Valley Gardens is located at the corner between Ortigas Avenue Extension (R-5 Road) and Suburban Drive in Barangay San Juan, Cainta, Rizal. The site was the former Mitsubishi Motors Philippines Inc. plant facility situated on the boundary of Cainta with Taytay, the Commercial Strip is also part of the SVG that serves as the end-point of Cainta, which bordered barangay San Isidro, Taytay, Rizal over the limiting wall which separates its land properties from Security Bank, Petron gasoline station, and Panasonic. It is adjacent to the villages of Jansenville Subdivision, Saint Anthony, and Valley Golf.[1]

Former Mitsubishi Motors plant in Cainta from 1963 to 2014, before the Mitsubishi Motors Philippines Corporation transferred its production site to Santa Rosa, Laguna in 2015. Which is today a mixed-use development site of Sierra Valley Gardens since 2020, with proposed Cyber Park and Robinsons Sierra Mall.

The site was the first plant of Mitsubishi Motors Philippines Inc. which operated from 1963 to 2014, it also markets the popular models of L300, Lancer EX, Mirage and Montero Sport before it transferred its production site to Santa Rosa, Laguna in 2015.[2]

On October 27, 2020, the Robinsons Land Corporation officially opened its showroom on the 2nd floor of SM Primark Town Center which is also located at Ortigas Avenue Extension in Cainta, Rizal.[3][4]

Background and feature

Sierra Valley Gardens can also offer job amenities for the millennials and property investors for business purposes. The commercial strip will have some Business Process Outsourcing offices, which can attract more applicants and generate more job employment for its neighboring communities' residents and even people from adjacent towns or cities.[5][6]
