  • 19:3319:33, 5 October 2018 diff hist +565 The Three Ravens The Twa Corbies: The claim in this section of this article that Twa Corbies is much older than The Three Ravens is directly contradicted by the introduction to this article, which states correctly that "A Scottish ballad called "Twa Corbies" ("Two Ravens" or "Two Crows") has lyrics based on "The Three Ravens". In fact The Three Ravens was first published in 1611 and is thought to be much older, whereas The Twa Corbies was first published in 1812 and probably dates from the 18th century.
