I believe I removed a poorly written part of a page a while back. Someone has left me a comment saying they removed it due to my lack of neutral point of view. I'm confused on how that works with an edit where I only removed something?

editHi again, friendly mentor! I'm curious what I should do about the US-centrism of National Coming Out Day. My instinct was to move the page to National Coming Out Day (United States) so I started a discussion on the talk page. How long should I wait for a reply? I think the \{\{Globalize|article|US\}\} is not appropriate because it's about a United States celebration (although, it could be globalized like National Doctors' Day if such a thing exists elsewhere), but I'm not sure if this is considered an "uncontroversial" move, or how long I should wait for consensus before just moving it? Should I just go with my instinct and rename pages to "National Thingamybob (United States)" when they implicitly imply the only possible nation is the United States? --Fibre H. I recently made an edit to the Wikipedia page on telecommunications companies in Pakistan, adding Onic Pakistan, which was launched in August 2023. This addition was to update the list with the latest significant telecom companies in the country.
I am now interested in creating a dedicated Wikipedia page for Onic Pakistan. Could you please advise if I need to wait until I have made ten edits before I can create a new page, or if I am eligible to do so now?
