This image of the Statler Brothers is asserted to meet WP:NFCC#1 as the group is defunct and some members are deceased. However, the group was active at during the period when US copyright laws required specific copyright notices to be displayed in order for the phot to be copyrighted. Publicity photos typically would not carry any copyright notices so many of the photos of that period are public domain. This photo being sold on eBay shows the front and back of the photo establishing that the photo is from Aug 24, 1984 and has no copyright notices on the front or back. A formal copyright registration would have been required and I found none. This image would be PD and is one example of what are probably many publicity photos of this group that are PD. This image is asserted to be PD as not meeting the threshold of originality. The use of multiple airplanes in a hub and spoke configuration is well beyond simple shapes. This is a logo for Tolmachevo Airport, and would meet all WP:NFCC for visual identification. Recommend convert to non-free. Whpq (talk) 13:30, 7 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Keep - Other articles about FiM episodes on Wikipedia have (and look great with) a screenshot from the episode that very clearly defines the episode in question and undoubtedly comes from that episode and no other episode. The screenshot in question is from the episode's main song about the guest character, has the three main characters of that episode (the CMCs) and the guest character (Babs Seed) in the picture, and additionally, with them running from the right to the left, the caption for the image can be described listing them from left to right. As I said elsewhere, I picked this screenshot specifically to contrast it with the main image of the Fandom wiki's article. Delete - There is no valid stated purpose. Simply stating "infobox" for the purpose indicates the use is just decorative. Per the documentation for {{Infobox television episode}}, There is no blanket allowance for an image per episode. A non-free screenshot should be used only if it meets the Wikipedia:Non-free content criteria, i.e. typically if it is required to illustrate a crucial element of the episode that is the object of explicit, sourced analytical commentary and where that commentary is in genuine need of visual support.
