Line 22: At the end of ''[[Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince]]'', he and Crabbe are left feeling lonely, after their leader and friend [[Draco Malfoy]] leaves the school just before the end of the term. At the end of ''[[Harry Potter and the ~~Deadly~~Deathly Hallows]]'', Goyle attempts to take Ravenclaw's Diadem, the 6<sup>th</sup> horcrux of [[Voldemort]], along with Crabbe and Malfoy from the Room of Requirement. During the fight between the trio and [[Harry Potter]], [[Ron Weasley]] and [[Hermione Granger]], Goyle is saved along with Malfoy by Harry and Ron, but Crabbe is killed by his own Fiendfyre.
