Francisco Bustillo

Francisco Bustillo (born April 1, 1960) is a Uruguayan diplomat.

He has been Ambassador to Ecuador and Argentina.

In 2012 he was appointed Uruguayan Ambassador to Spain.[1]

On 1 July 2020 it was announced that Bustillo would head the Ministry of Foreign Relations, replacing Ernesto Talvi.[2]
