On the face of it, it is most likely the work of right wing elements spreading their propaganda about Muslims taking over the state. The reference that was cited DID NOT HAVE ANY FIGURES OR DATA ON THE POPULATION DEMOGRAPHICS OF THE STATE. It is a vital statistics report that only deals with births and deaths.
