A [[taxicab driver]] by profession, Delogu rose to prominence in 2016 after becoming the spokesperson for taxicab drivers in [[Marseille]] during their strike against [[Uber]].

Initially affiliated with the [[French Communist Party]], Delogu joined La France Insoumise in 2017 to support the campaign of [[Jean-Luc Mélenchon]] in the [[2017 French legislative election|2017 legislative election]]. He was later elected to the National Assembly in the [[2022 French legislative election|2022 legislative election]], and reelected in the [[2024 French legislative election|2024 legislative election]].
