The overall consensus seems iffy, many agree it's either tantamount to "trolling" (a complete inversion of commonsense) or was possibly a marketing gimmick (needs citation) or somehow is meaning to refer to a perceived difference in the two games preceding this game, which are all at the tail end of the series, and it's not clear what "original" means here.
