Torie Osborn (Born ) is a community organizer, management consultant, activist, lecturer and author. She is currently a Democratic Candidate for the 50th District of California’s State Assembly.
As a young girl she had witnessed food riots in Spain while it was under Fransisco Franco's dictatorship.
Osborn's work in activism began while she was a student at Middlebury College.
