The TAG Heuer Connected app isn’t detecting my watch - what should I do?
'In the case you have troubles to connect to your phone and watch, discover the Getting Started guide to know the basic steps of your watch and/or follow the troubleshooting steps below : Getting Started
Pairing : Ensure that your device is paired and well connected to your phone with a Google synchronized account. Two ways to verify if you are connected; either via the TAG Heuer Connected app or via the Wear OS app by making sure that both apps display that you are connected.
Connectivity : Make sure the Airplane Mode is disabled and that you are connected to your phone via the Bluetooth in the settings. Your watch needs to be also connected to a Wi-Fi network, if no Wi-Fi connection is available, try connecting yourself to another Wi-Fi network or to a phone hotspot.
Google account : A synchronized Google account is needed on your TAG Heuer Connected Watch if you want to access the Google Play Store app.
System Updates : Check if your watch is up to date by going to Settings > System > About > System Updates > it will display if whether you are up to date or not.
Restart the connectivity : Open the TAG Heuer Connected app, go to Settings and click on Troubleshooting to Restart the connectivity.
Reset your watch : If you you have followed all the previous steps mentioned and the issue is still persisting, please reset your watch by doing so ; Settings > Disconnect & Reset. When doing a reset, you will need to go through the pairing process that you can find in the Getting Started webpage.
