== Profirst ==
Founded by Bruno Pani and later joined by his partners Jean-Philippe Maes and Bernard Stas, Profirst is an independent, international event communication agency with offices in Brussels, Paris, London, Beijing, and Shanghai<ref>{{Lien web |langue=fr-FR |prénom=Delchef |nom=JM |titre=Profirst, Silver Most Entrepreneurial Agency: the reasons why |url=https://agencyoftheyear.be/profirst-silver-most-entrepreneurial-agency-the-reasons-why/ |site=Agency of the year |date=2023-04-19 |consulté le=2024-07-15}}</ref>.

Profirst redefines event design and communication, meticulously crafting experiences that seamlessly integrate art direction, sound strategy, audiovisual digital content, and premium production and execution, all with meticulous attention to detail. In 1996, Profirst organized a landmark event at the Place du Grand Sablon in Brussels for the opening of the Emporio Armani boutique. This meeting with Giorgio Armani significantly influenced Bruno Pani and changed the future of Profirst. With Armani's reference, Profirst secured a license agreement with L'Oreal Paris for perfumes and beauty and skincare products, marking the agency's first international venture.

Bruno Pani describes himself as a creator of experiences, a storyteller, and an architect of emotions that generate memories. Leading Profirst for over three decades, his passion for the event industry only deepens with each day. Profirst does more than host events; it creates lasting memories by blending emotion with aesthetics, embedding the essence of a brand into the soul of each experience.

Profirst’s commitment to excellence is built on a core philosophy: always delivering 120%.

The company's success is based on achieving excellence in pure event production and presenting the concept of 120%, a flagship value of the agency, which consists of surprising the customer on the day of the event by exceeding their expectations. The agency supports clients from strategy and art direction through storytelling and story-sharing, all powered by hyper-creativity, disruptive technology, and a network of global talent. Each event serves as a platform to craft digital narratives that resonate across social spheres, sparking conversations, setting trends, and enhancing the digital landscape.[https://www.pollenmag.com/stories/une-image-un-style-une-signature]

Pani believes that events fundamentally serve digital communication, enhancing brand presence online.

Profirst celebrates culture and creativity through talent curation, creating dynamic human interactions that connect and transform communities. The agency uses emotions and aesthetics as vectors of impact, relevance, and connection, which fuel its disruptive communication strategies. Profirst’s work spans luxury, fashion, beauty, and the arts, integrating through events, brand and digital strategy, digital content, digital platforms, social media engagement, design, PR, and influence.

Profirst understands that an event must be the visual transposition of the Brand's universe, to put it in intimate contact with its consumers. This resulted in 2019 in the creation of a communication department within Profirst. This marks the era of what is termed as the 'Brand Experience,' where events function as a medium for shaping a unique perception of the brand, complementing its presence across other communication channels. This integration emphasizes the 'Feel Factor,' blending brand ethos seamlessly with digital strategy, content, platforms, social media engagement, design, PR, influence, and the creative expertise of the studio. lt also calls upon new technology integration and digitally augmented events.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, Profirst demonstrated its commitment to the "Human Factor" by leveraging its human, organizational, and logistical capabilities to set up Wallonia's vaccination centers. This initiative not only showcased the agency's adaptability and resourcefulness but, also underscored its dedication to serving the community in times of crisis. Learnings from this project prompted Profirst to develop strategies that reduce dependency on market fluctuations and societal instability, ensuring resilience and sustainability in the face of uncertainty.

Since 2022, Profirst has expanded its humanitarian efforts by overseeing the opening and operation of Ukrainian Accommodation Centers, providing shelter and support for around 1000 Ukrainians displaced by conflict. This initiative reflects Profirst's ongoing commitment to making a positive impact on society and leveraging its expertise to address pressing humanitarian challenges.

== TheMerode ==
In 2021, Bruno Pani founded TheMerode, an innovative private members club in Brussels, as a continuation of the prestigious Cercle de Lorraine. The origins of the Hôtel de Merode date back to the first half of the 16th century.
