Dear all,
I've noticed that in a multitude of files there exist namespace references to http://www.govtalk.gov.uk/CM/gms-xs as part of the Metadata definition.
However, the URL was no longer reachable. A quick research showed that the corresponding standard's been discontinued (see: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/GovTalk and https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/E-GMS).
Around 90-100 files are affected.
Kind regards,
David
