Discussed in-memory representations and the usage/scope of graph vs trees, including:
"Problems that get solved from this" can be topic for next week! Q: How do we timebox this work so we don't spend too much effort on something that may not be necessary? One implication is the certification question, as this seems needed for certification of tools. |

Q: Can this work speed up the rest of the spec? May "put us on rails" to make sure we Observation: Specifically, we are about to implement Overlays and we are not going to apply Overlays at the OpenAPI DOM level, we are going to do it with JSON primitives because it is going to be much, much easier. If this graph model existed then we would use that instead. |
