Hi
I want to set up the different standard for each reads.
For example，

Read length: If the length of R1 read is <70 or R2 read is <65,the R1/R2 read pair is dropped.
or
low complexity :low complexity is ≥0.55 for the R1 read or low complexity ≥0.80 for the R2 read, the read pair is dropped.

FASTP seem not to be support for it .

You can set different read length limit for R1 and R2, but the low complexity option is for both reads,
