When building Inn first level, Inn don't show on the Canvas.

Environment: Linux Ubuntu 22.10
browser: Mozilla Firefox (110.0.1)
Stand: test & prod

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to the stand
   

2. Go to menu Building
   

3. Click on button Build Inn
   

4. Go to menu City 
   

EX: Inn show on the Canvas.
AR: Inn don't show on the Canvas. And log don't have message about building Inn.

Continue to reproduce:

1. Go to menu Building
   

2. Click on button Build Inn
   

3. Go to menu City
   

ER: Inn show on the Canvas. Show message in log about building Inn.
AR: Inn show on the Canvas. But log don't have message about building Inn.
