The main readme.md has a link to the image below which has the metrics in ms and not seconds, the red-yellow-greeen scoring is the old levels, and accessibility is green but if you run the report with the latest it will be yellow b/c 88 is a yellow score now.

We should update this image/change the readme to reference a new image.
